A pair of nearly 200-foot-tall waterfalls plummet into this remote Coast Range canyon amid huge myrtlewood trees and 6-foot-thick Douglas firs.  Golden Falls was not named for its color, but rather for Dr. C. B. Golden, first Grand Chancellor of the Oregon Knights of Pythias.
