This nature trail explores a stately glen of giant trees, including the 220-foot-tall, 10-foot-thick Laddie Gale Douglas fir. If the 0.8-mile loop seems short, add an encore—a nearby 0.3-mile path to the world’s largest myrtlewood tree.
