The Imnaha River roars out of the Eagle Cap Wilderness 40 feet wide, but upstream it squeezes through spectacular, 10-foot rock slots at Blue Hole and Imnaha Falls. Children do well on the easy 2-mile walk to Blue Hole, where the riverbank is full of skipping rocks. For a longer hike, continue to Imnaha Falls.
